Preparing for the first frost

Tomorrow, Monday, Oct. 17, I’m spending the whole day preparing for the big early frost we are having on Tuesday night. I am making a list of things I am going to do, and I thought I would share them with you.

First you can check out this list which gives a lot of instructions on how to do things. Some of these things do not have to be done tomorrow, but they are things I need to start tending to instead of waiting until the last minute. I procrastinated getting ready for the frost, but I will work hard tomorrow! Thank God–it will be a sunny warm day. I’m grateful to the Master Gardeners of Madison County Facebook page and Jim and Linda MacClean who posted this.
