Patricia took on the daunting task of helping Northwest Arkansas Entrepreneurship Alliance pack up and transfer the contents of The Iceberg coworking facility, which spanned over 5,000SF in downtown Fayetteville. She organized a large group of volunteers over the course of multiple days to sort, clean, organize, pack and label everything from office supplies, appliances and books to furniture, artwork and electronics for transfer and storage. Patricia’s energy and enthusiasm for the undertaking never lagged in the slightest, even on the longest of days, and she greeted everyone and every new challenge with positivity and delight. She provided wonderful suggestions for dividing and conquering what could have turned easily into a very overwhelming job, and she helped the board meet deadlines without stress. She was very meticulous about returning items to rightful owners, carefully packaging fragile objects and ensuring all of the volunteers were having fun yet observing necessary safety measures. She even enlisted extra help to do more specialized work, such as breaking down larger pieces of furniture and removing mounted equipment from the walls. Additionally, Patricia provided diligent followup on any outstanding items to make sure the job was 100% complete and that no loose ends were left unaddressed. She was well prepared and doggedly determined to deliver quality work, and the volunteers provided positive feedback on her coordination skills.
