I would not be in the beautiful home I am presently living in without…Patricia Mikkelson.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is that I often get to help people when they are in a crunch. I have yet to fail in helping people meet their deadlines! I’ve always been able to achieve the tasks set before me. Once I even stayed up until 3AM to help a client and had to leave at 7AM the next morning to work for another client. Even though I was exhausted, working a 17 hour day, my sense of responsibility motivated me to get the house to a certain point.

I believe that doing hard things is a great way to grow. Therefore, another thing I love about my job is that my jobs are almost always challenging, forcing me to get out of my comfort zone and learn new things. Yes, I have basic organizational techniques that I use, but every job is different. I enjoy the variety as well.

This recommendation touched my heart in a deep way. My client was under so much pressure that she didn’t have time or energy to focus on writing a detailed recommendation. I decided to approach her a year after the job to see if she experienced long term benefits from my work. Receiving such thoughtful, loving words inspires me so much. I enjoyed working for my client immensely, for she was thrilled at every bit of progress made. Here is her recommendation:

“I would not be in the beautiful home I am presently living in without the organizational and packing skills of Patricia Mikkelson.  Patricia helped me for weeks in preparation for the Closing on the sale of my home at 700 E. Dogwood Lane, Fayetteville, Arkansas, in early 2024.  She completely packed both a full basement and garage in addition to helping pack the upstairs. As with most moves, it came “down to the wire” with my having to vacate by “closing day” and the signing and turning over of keys at the title company.  Patricia worked day and night to make this happen.  And she organized and labeled every container and box so that my move into my new home in Clarksville, Arkansas, was actually fun!

I give Patricia a 5-Star Rating and can’t sing her praises loud enough.  She is meticulous and careful and caring.  She went out of her way in many instances.  To give you an example, she constructed/fabricated a cardboard box to fit some ill-shaped item I had. She is such a hard worker and worked long hours for me.  She came early and stayed late week after week.  In addition to being a great worker, Patricia is a great human being.

Again, I wouldn’t be in my lovely home without Patricia’s help.  Let her help you!”   “
