I’m glad to say that the second person who looked at the house bought it! I’m now working on another almost equally big job. This is what the person who hired me said:

She also helped with a lot of crucial gardening. Her work ethic and diligence are unmatched and I definitely would recommend her for a project like this.”
He knows I don’t want more jobs dog sitting–so he didn’t mentioned that I also took care of his dogs for 40 days while helping oversee many of the details related to selling the house so he could be away from the stress on vacation. I helped one of the dogs get out of a deep depression which was very rewarding.
I love having satisfied customers. There is something so satisfying about helping someone do what seems like an impossible job. I appreciate this client because he praised me over and over again, saying things like, “I don’t know how I could have done this without you.”
