I really want to help my clients improve their lives. As I help people from a distance, I also support them in developing habits that help them to do the tasks that we decide together are best to do in between sessions.
This video about how to create a wonderful morning routine is something I have found to be very valuable.

Miracle morning
This article describes all kinds of great hacks so that when you get home from work you can have a productive evening. Or, on these long winter evenings, those of you who don’t work but get kind of sleeping in the evening–can get motivated.
The article is focused on people who have ADHD, but I think it applies to most people. Here is an excerpt.
“When your brain is “stuck,” it’s telling you something. Just as hunger pangs remind us that our body is running on empty, brain fatigue reminds us that we need to fill our brain’s fuel tank. Instead of ignoring our brain fatigue and trying to push through (which often leads nowhere), acknowledge your brain’s needs.”
I find that most people who want to declutter and downsize want to improve their lives on many levels. Thus, I feel very fulfilled and encouraged to be able to support them in creating new habits that help them be more productive and able to realize their worthwhile goals.
